全客室のリニューアル改装工事および全室禁煙化に関するご案内
平素よりANAクラウンプラザホテル岡山をご利用いただきまして誠にありがとうございます。
この度、当館ではお客様により一層快適にお過ごしいただけるよう、全客室のリニューアル改装工事を下記の通り実施いたします。
あわせて、改装に伴い、2027年2月より全客室を禁煙とさせていただきます。
加熱式たばこおよび電子たばこを含め、喫煙されるお客様は、指定の喫煙所をご利用くださいますようお願い申し上げます。
工事期間中も営業は継続いたしますが、お客様の安心・安全を第一に考え、細心の注意を払い工事作業を進めてまいります。
お客様にはご不便・ご迷惑をおかけいたしますが、何卒ご理解賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

Notice of Guest Room Renovation and Transition to Non-Smoking Rooms
Thank you for choosing to stay at ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Okayama.
We would like to inform you that renovation work for all guest rooms will be carried out as outlined below, in order to provide an even more comfortable stay for our guests.
In conjunction with this renovation, all guest rooms will become non-smoking starting from February 2027.
This includes heated tobacco products and electronic cigarettes. Guests who wish to smoke are kindly requested to use the designated smoking areas.
The hotel will remain open during the renovation period. We will proceed with the work with the utmost care, placing the highest priority on the safety and comfort of our guests. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.
