すべてのお客様に、安心・安全にお過ごしいただくため、客室内でのモバイルバッテリーのご使用につきまして、以下の通りご協力をお願い申しあげます。
➤ 火災などの万一の事態を避けるため、外出などで客室を不在にされる際は、モバイルバッテリーを必ずコンセントから外してください。
➤ モバイルバッテリーから携帯用電子機器への充電や、客室内の電源を使用してモバイルバッテリーを充電される場合には、以下の場所でのご使用はお控えください。
・直射日光の当たる窓際
・ベッド・シーツ・カーテンなど可燃性素材の上
➤ 充電中はお客様ご自身が常に状態を確認できる場所でのご使用をお願いいたします。
➤ 破損や膨張、異常な発熱等があるバッテリーのご使用は絶対におやめください。
➤ なお、ご滞在中の客室清掃時に上記の状況が確認された場合、安全確保の観点から、スタッフがモバイルバッテリーをコンセントから外し、位置を移動させていただく場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。

We would like to inform you that there have been reports of mobile battery packs (power banks) overheating or catching fire, both in Japan and overseas.
In order to ensure the safety and security of all our guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation regarding the use of mobile battery packs in guest rooms as outlined below:
• To prevent fire or other accidents, please be sure to unplug any mobile battery packs from electrical outlets when leaving your room.
• When charging your mobile devices using a mobile battery pack, or when charging the mobile battery itself using a room outlet, please avoid using them in the following areas:
・Near windows exposed to direct sunlight
・On flammable surfaces such as beds, sheets, or curtains
• Please ensure that the battery is being charged in a place where you can personally monitor its condition at all times.
• Do not use any battery packs that show signs of damage, swelling, or abnormal heat generation.
• Please note that, for safety reasons, if any of the above conditions are observed during room cleaning, our staff may unplug the battery and move it to a safer location.
